The past few weeks passed in a blur.  I am either home late or too tired to post anything at all.

But I feel that I still owe the foodies who follow me to post photos of my latest food adventures eventhough it is late.

Feast shared with a cousin.  This one is at Oki Oki, a Japanese restaurant.

Food truck park adventure! 🙂

Filipino feast with relatives at The Grill in Tagaytay. 🙂

A night at Aguirre st. And those are the best maki I ever tasted.

Best hand-pulled noodles ever!

Well, that’s about it. Enjoy!

I’ve always been a fan of quesodilla since I first tasted it more than a decade ago.

And earlier this year a friend took us to Madeca, a Mexican inspired restaurant at the Podium, and I fell in love with their quesodilla.

So, since I was in the area earlier, I decided to have lunch at Madeca. And, yes, I do have lunch by myself sometimes. 🙂

Spinach and Mushroom Quesodilla

The queso and spinach is a wonderful blend. I just wish there were more mushrooms in it.

But, suffice it to say, my tummy was a happy one again today!

Comfort Food!

For me, KFC has always been the epitome of comfort food.

One of those that I go to when I am so tired or when I need an upper.  But, now, KFC has serious competition for this title.

El Pollo Loco, with its simple-tasting Mexican grilled chicken, is starting to become a favorite.

Two, huge slices of chicken. Tortillas. And spicy salsa (though not that spicy).

It may be a simple meal but it never fails to make me feel better every single time. 🙂
