The best meals are always the ones shared with one’s family. It doesn’t matter where you are as long as you’re with your family, you’re bound to be nourished, physically and emotionally.

Feast shared with a cousin:

An aunt recently gave us a pack of Kielbasa. I did not want to just fry it and eat it as is.

So, I decided to look for a recipe that will showcase Kielbasa. And since I haven’t made pasta in a while I decided to do a pasta dish I found in

Kielbasa and Broccoli Linguine

But, I only had spaghetti so it became Kielbasa and Broccoli Spaghetti. It still turned out pretty amazing. 🙂

I love Thai food. The levels of flavor you get is simply amazing.

So, it’s a good thing my father can appreciate Thai food now because I love experimenting with Thai recipes.

And tonigt’s recipe is Curried Coconut Chicken.

Found the recipe at .

Followed it almost to the letter and the resulting dish is simply delicious.

Small changes I made are: used legs and thighs instead of chicken breast cut into chunks. And I made homemade stewed tomatoes instead of canned. 🙂

I, normally, go for a jog every Sunday mornings. After the morning jog, my father and I go to Legazpi Sunday Market.

It’s like a flea market and there are a lot of items for sale as well as different types of food.

Last week, I tried some Indonesian dishes and today I tried the Hongkong noodle Fried Wet Mee. 🙂
